Hobo, I did my art for the week. I didn’t use the random generator because my internet was down the entire weekend more or less.
Other notes, this picture is jinxed. I was originally doing it non-digitally with pens and markers, but I fucked up the colouring so bad, I retraced it on the computer and colored it there - only to have the file crash and stupid me having saved only the lineart. So there was more colouring, more crashing, self questions whether the wonky angles and proportions were worth overlooking for all this effort, but stubbornness won out and this is done.
EDIT: LOL Whelp. I forgot Fenris’ tattoos, so sort of fixed, hastily.

I feel like I’ve made a terrible mistake, but I can’t be stopped.
I’ve considered writing about their time in Starkhaven, but I feel like I did what I wanted to do with that for my DABB. Writing in-game romance is just not my cup of tea, because I feel like it’s just restating things I’ve already written a hundred times before.
So, an AU; one where Fenris is a slave in Tevinter, and Sebastian is running away from his parents and the Chantry.
We’ll see how this goes.

It was easier to learn what Fenris did not like.
He did NOT like surprises. He did not like a sudden arm around his waist, or across his shoulders. He did not like public kissing, and sticking ones tongue down his throat in the market would make him very cross indeed. He did not like attention paid to his markings, even when complimentary. And he DEFINITELY did not like anything that could be at all interpreted as a pat on the head. That particular maneuver might lose someone an arm, someday.
One had to be very alert to pick up on the things he did like. Because he wouldn’t just tell you; oh no. If you asked Fenris about that, he would frown at you and fidget, and look frustrated.
Fortunately Sebastian was very observant where Fenris was concerned.
He noticed that while a solid grab was decidedly unwelcome, a light brush against the elf’s bare arm would make him sigh. The slight weight of a thigh pressed to his under the dinner table would cause him to lose track of the conversation. And with adequate warning, Sebastian’s lips applied lightly to the back of his neck, just beneath the line of his fine white hair, would freeze Fenris in place with pleasure. He would perhaps even chew his own lip; a sight that drove Sebastian to utter distraction.
The prickly elf may shy away from touch, but he was hungry for it all the same. Very hungry.
And when one got him in private, all the little appetizing touches would add up to one very passionate and very grabby elf, one who might just pounce on an unsuspecting former Chantry boy and strip him of his clothes faster than he could say, “Maker, Fenris, what’s gotten into you?”
(It hadn’t taken Fenris long to figure out what Sebastian liked, not at all.)
